irections     From East of Rochester Take 490 West towards Rochester. Exit at Clinton Avenue, #16. Proceed straight on Clinton Avenue. Turn right at the 7th traffic light - Andrews Street. Approximately 2 blocks further you will see a large 7 story, triangle-shaped building. Welcome to Harro East!   From West of Rochester Take 490 East towards Rochester. Exit at the first Inner Loop / Downtown exit, #13. (It will be the only exit that is accessed from the left of the expressway). The exit will have two lanes, stay to the left. You are now on the Inner Loop, take the first exit, St. Paul. Turn right onto St. Paul. Take the first left off of St. Paul, which is Andrews Street. About 2 blocks after the first traffic light, you will see a large seven story, triangle-shaped building. Welcome to Harro East!   From the Airport Take 390 North to 490 East and then follow the directions for west of Rochester.
